By booking a class, purchasing a class pack or membership, clients agree to all terms and conditions outlined by Elevate Pilates Dubai.

Elevate Pilates reserves the right to amend these terms, schedules, instructors, class types, and studio policies at any time.

1. Use of Website & Eligibility
   •    This website and its services are intended for individuals aged 18 and older. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
   •    By using our website or booking system, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and current.
   •    Account creation (if available) must be done in your own name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Services & Commercial Terms
   •    Elevate Pilates offers Reformer Pilates classes, memberships, and special events.
   •    The descriptions and pricing of services are available on our website and may be updated without prior notice.
   •    All purchases (class packs, memberships, gift cards) are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where legally required.
   •    We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time, without liability.

  •    Unlimited memberships are subject to a fair use policy, allowing a maximum of one class per day.

  •    Abuse of booking privileges may result in suspension without refund.

3.  Bookings & Payments

• All classes, packs, and memberships must be booked and paid for in advance.

• Prices are listed in AED and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• All purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

   •    All payments must be completed prior to attending a class unless otherwise agreed.

4. Changes to Offers
   •    Elevate Pilates reserves the right to change prices, cancel or modify class times, packages, and promotional offers at any time.
   •    Promotional codes and discounts are subject to specific terms and are not redeemable for cash.

4.1 Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Classes may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours prior to the class start time.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in:

• Single class: class charged in full

• Class packs: one class deducted

• Unlimited memberships: booking privileges may be restricted

5. Warranties & Responsibilities
   •    We provide our services with reasonable care and skill, but results (such as fitness goals or personal progress) are not guaranteed.
   •    You are responsible for ensuring that your physical condition allows safe participation in Pilates.
   •    We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for safety or behavioral reasons.

5.1 Health & Safety

• Clients confirm they are physically fit to participate in Reformer Pilates classes.

• Any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancies must be disclosed to the instructor prior to class.

• Elevate Pilates is not responsible for injuries sustained due to undisclosed conditions.

6. Intellectual Property
   •    All content on the Elevate Pilates website—including logos, branding, text, images, videos, and design—is the exclusive property of Elevé Pilates or its licensors.
   •    You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of this site or our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Account Suspension or Termination
   •    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or class access if you violate these Terms & Conditions, behave inappropriately, or abuse our booking system.
   •    In such cases, no refund will be given unless required by law.

   •    Mobile phones must be silenced during class.

   •    Respectful behavior toward instructors and other clients is expected at all times.

   •    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elevate Pilates, its owners, instructors, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in classes or misuse of the website.

9. Limitation of Liability
Elevate Pilates is not liable for:
   •    Any personal injury, illness, or property damage occurring in the studio unless caused by gross negligence.
   •    Any loss of data or damage resulting from the use or inability to use the website or our services.
   •    Participation is entirely at your own risk. Always consult a medical professional before beginning physical activity.

Elevate Pilates shall not be held liable for class cancellations or service interruptions due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to illness, government regulations, weather conditions, or technical issues.
