To ensure a calm and respectful experience for everyone in our studio, we kindly ask you to follow the guidelines below:

Grip Socks Required

For hygiene and safety, grip socks are mandatory during class. Forgot yours? We have stylish pairs available in the studio, ask availibilty.

Arrive on Time

Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before class starts. The door closes at the start of the session to ensure a peaceful flow. Late arrivals unfortunately cannot be admitted.

Clean Equipment

After class, please clean your Reformer and props with the provided spray and cloth. Let’s keep the space fresh for everyone.

No Shoes Inside

Our studio is a shoe-free zone. You’re welcome to leave your shoes at the entrance.

Cancellations

Can’t make it? Make sure to cancel at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged and to give someone else the chance to join.
